Enflux is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to be a core part of our customer success team in San Antonio, Texas. As a member of the team, you'll work alongside our product delivery and sales teams to onboard customers and make customer deployments and use of products successful.

You are a person who loves helping people solve time-sensitive support issues and who shares the same passion we do for our customers and our products. If you love interacting with people on a daily basis to help ensure rapid resolution of support issues we want you to join our team!

Required credentials:

  • Enjoy technical troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
  • You're empathetic to customers and can easily put yourself in their shoes.
  • Customer facing work experience, with experience supporting a technical product/service.

Nice to have:

  • Worked with SaaS products
  • Delivered product demos for SaaS products
  • Familiar with Hubspot
  • Fluent in Spanish
